Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work independently and with coworkers to improve and maintain multi-family housing.
- Courteously interact with vendors, inspectors, and residents to serve and solve their problem.
Requirements:
- Must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle to travel in between various work sites during the day
- Must pass screening report and have a positive driving record
- Must be punctual and reliable and have a good attitude
- Must possess grit, discipline, heart, and vision
Location & Schedule:
- Multiple properties within the city of Urbana, Ohio and Springfield, Ohio
- Primary Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (30 minute lunch)
- Flex scheduling available
- Some on-call shifts may be required for managers and maintenance techs
- Paid weekly via direct deposit
Compensation:
- Pay rates dependent on experience and ability
- W2 employees minimum $18 an hour + benefits for full-time employees after 90 days
- Benefits Menu includes:

- Paid Vacation – 104 hours per year
