Rent is due on the 1st. There is a 7 day grace period. Late fees apply on the 8th. Eviction notices are posted on the 11th. If you cannot pay in full on or before the 14th, you must submit this form no later than the 14th to hold off an eviction filing.

There is a $50 administrative fee for each Promise to Pay Agreement.
