Rent is due on the 1st. There is a 7 day grace period. Late fees apply on the 8th. Eviction notices are posted on the 11th.

To avoid receiving an eviction notice on the 11th, submit this form to request a Promise to Pay agreement and hold off an eviction filing. Rent deadlines can be extended up to the 21st.

If you have not paid in full before the 17th, there will be a $50 administrative fee added to your account.

If you have not made a payment on or before the 21st, you will receive an eviction notice on the 22nd giving you a final deadline to pay your rent within 3 business days.

This is an application for a one-time due date extension for the current month only and does not constitute a release of duties or effect the due date or duties of subsequent months.
If you do not make payment on or before the 21st, you will receive an eviction notice which will give you a final deadline to pay within 3 business days or vacate.
If you do not honor the payment plan you proposed above, we may not allow future rent extensions.
If you continually request Promise to Pay agreements and do not make progress toward on time payments, we may non-renew your lease so you can find a more affordable rental home.
