Resident Notice to Vacate

By signing above, I am committing to completely vacating the premises and fulfilling my move out obligations by the date above. I understand that any discrepancy or lack of information may result in the rejection of this notice. I understand that my obligation and due date to pay rent remains the same as is written in my rental agreement and that if I vacate prior to the end of my lease term, I may be liable for additional money due to fulfill the lease obligation, prorated rent, early lease break fees, and/or administrative fees. I understand that this notice is final and I may not be able to delay or postpone my move out or extend my lease in the event my circumstances change if property management has already initiated steps in advertising, leasing, or preparing the apartment for future tenants.
